We have been to Puerto Vallarta and enjoyed the wonderful chicken the street vendors have. They marinated and grill it and serve the whole chicken with tortillas. Does anyone have this recipe? I think they use sour orange juice as the base of the marinate.

It has the best Chicken and their Steak is awesome as well
