Anna our friend from Davannayoga sent me an email regarding a children’s yoga course that she is offering this summer. I have watched her teach her children’s courses and she has a wonderful way with the kids. If you have kids, send them. They will love it.
One of the things I like about Anna’s classes is her focus on healthy eating. She has a way of motivating kids to think about what they eat and actually gets them to try new healthy foods. Sometimes the kids even develop a liking for healthy stuff. That’s not easy!

Dear Friends,
Davannayoga is offering a 1-week summer course for children ages 6-11. They will enjoy yoga and yoga games, arts and crafts and learn how to create their very own healthy vegetarian snacks. The course will be bilingual!
Dates: Aug. 4-8 (M-F)
Time: 10:30am-1:30pm
Where: davannayoga shala - Calle Matamoros #542, Centro
Cost: $1000 pesos per child for the entire week.
All materials included.
Course limited to 12 kids only! You must Pre-register to reserve your space!
