We tried Toscano Mia in Bucerias back in January and liked it so much we went back when we visited in April. Wonderful Italian food and reasonably priced. The food seems very freshly made, good service and a nice location.

I’ll give it a try. I haven’t been there before. Do you have the address by any chance?

Cafe de Artistes — you probably have already been there, but its one of my favorites — I love the food and the service but what I really love is moving venues — each area is a different sort of experience — from the bar/lounge to the outdoor patio with the gorgeous trees and twinkle lights — and the room with the big orange painting in it — and now I understand they have a chef’s table dining room too.

Okay — I’ve forgotten the name of the place that is just south of the Shearaton — its a little place that you have to walk on a dirt road or drive on a dirt road to get to it — its ocean front — and a little old man (I think he is the grandpa) brings the beers and makes the margs — the view is amazing — and its so relaxed and I rarely see people there — food is good — fresh ceviche is delicious — yum

El Arrayan — love this place too — I know many know about it — I love that its in a little neighborhood side street — I love the outdoor patio and the colorful decore — the flags hanging and they have THE BEST MARGARITAS!

Can you go check out — Hacienda San Angel? I know its a boutique hotel and they have dining that used to be for guests only - but they are now open the public — I heard its quite beautiful.

My wife and I really like Trio in the downtown Puerto Vallarta area. It’s not cheap, but the food is wonderful.

El Arrayan and Trio are favorites. We like to take our out of town visitors to both of them.

I haven’t been to Hacienda San Angel. I didn’t know that they were open to the public. I have passed by and peeked in the door and it looks amazing.

So many new places to try:)

I love Joe Jack’s Fish Shack. The tacos are amazing. I also quite enjoy Archie’s Wok and the cute, tiny tapas place a block down from Hacienda San Angel……. Los Caprichos??? Something like that.
